Whilst you are happy with your diamond now, we appreciate that you may wish to upgrade your investment in the future. Therefore we promise to buy back your diamond at the original purchase price within 3 years of purchase, provided your upgrade is at least 50% more than the original price. Exchange

You may exchange your diamond within 28 days of purchase, provided it is in pristine condition and you have proof of purchase.

Refund

We will refund the full value of your diamond within 14 days provided it is in pristine condition and you have proof of purchase. (Terms & Conditions apply).

We will help to keep your diamond as bright as the day it left our showroom. As a valued Drakes customer, you may bring your diamond back anytime and our dedicated team will bring back its sparkle for you!
